Outback Steakhouse

Brooke Setser was a wonderful, caring server and the food was excellent! Food was cooked to perfection and served hot. I love the hot baked potatoes too because they are much tastier with butter melting easily. Steak was tender and hot and cooked just the way I like it. Brooke took very good care of us and anticipated all our needs. I hope she is my server next time too!

I visited the Canton GA location today (06/17/22), and asked to be seated in Nickolas W’s section. This was my 3rd visit to the location and Nickolas has taken care of me each time. He consistently provides exceptional customer service and ensures that all of his guests are taken care of, even when he has multiple tables seated back to back (like tonight). Nickolas makes each visit special and takes time to talk with guests. I look forward to seeing him again in a couple of weeks and hope that he is selected for the gas card. I visited Outback again tonight, and Nickolas was training a new server (Spencer). That says a lot about Nickolas’ skill as a server. The food and drinks were excellent, as usual, and service was exceptional. Spencer is also a great server and I know that he will do well at Outback.

I’ve always loved Outback Steakhouse, their food and service has always been amazing and i couldn’t ask for any better. I’ve just discovered that Outback has a large Gluten Free menu and that they’re very good with their cross contamination. My boyfriend has a deadly allergy to Gluten which affects the places he can eat and how the places prepare the food which often makes him feel like an outsider or like he’s asking too much. At outback though, he feels normal and like he can have a fancy steak dinner with his girlfriend, i’ve never seen him this happy with food. The food was perfectly safe and delicious and i just want to thank them, they do what a lot of other restaurants don’t :)

Cole was our waiter tonight. Excellent job in taking care of us. Very attentive, had refills and bread before we even asked. As we shared a meal, he brought extra plates for us and our order was cooked exactly as we ordered. Very polite and a nice young man. We even called over the manager and gave a positive review in person while we were there..

We visited Outback 2 days ago, we don’t normally visit chain restaurants but glad we did!! From the time we were seated, our server Brooke, was amazing!! She was attentive, present, and overall did an amazing job to make sure we were taken care of!! The blooming onion was amazing, and our steaks were cooked perfectly!! We will definitely be back and ask for Brooke again!! Even being really pregnant, I was extremely impressed with her work ethic and she made sure we had a wonderful night out!! We will be back!!!

We decided to go to Outback for dinner with a group of 8 on Friday. Zachary was our waiter and I was very impressed with him. Not only did he make sure to check in on us and refill our drinks, his humor kept the entire table entertained. We had a wonderful meal and that was because of him. He made sure that all of our food was correct and that we had all of the condiments we needed for our meal. I will not only be recommending him to others, but will request him if he is there next time that we visit. I personally had the Shrimp and Chicken pasta that is on the menu and it was wonderful. The shrimp and chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce that came with the pasta was addicting. It was creamy and also had a little kick to it which kept me coming back for more even after I was full! I highly recommend this dish next time you visit. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back soon.

Stopped in for a bite to eat whilst visiting the area with a friend of mine and was blown away with the service I received. I was served by Brooke who while currently is carrying a bun in the oven absolutely showed that she works her tail off to ensure a great dining experience. If the managers actively read these reviews, I truly hope you give her a raise because she absolutely deserves one for her efforts. Will definitely ask for her again if shes still here.
