Chuck E. Cheese

I would have loved to have given 5 stars. We have been coming to this establishment for many years and this was the first time we were treated with such disrespect. The first person we seen was on her phone didn’t even look up to greet us and had the stamper saying nothing wanting our hands out. Very rude and in personable especially for what is supposed to be a friendly, fun place. Then the person taking our order acted as if we bothered her and once again did not greet us or ask what we would like, so we just had to tell her. Then the young man with the prizes also acted as if we were taking up his time. The place was not busy at all and the employees wanted to visit and be on their phones instead. The food was good though and my grandson had a great time work his grandpa with the games, but we will not be back again to this Chuck E Cheese. I hope people would take more interest in who they are hiring because this is the face of Chuck E Cheese and no one should have to be subjected to such lame customer service. I don’t take pleasure in writing a bad review, but I give credit where credit is due and I was frustrated as soon as we walked in today. We only stayed so as not to disappoint our grandson.

‼️<b>1st: be AWARE of FAKE comments.</b>‼️ We read google NEGATIVE reviews before coming & had a low expectation. It turned out WRONG. we came to this place the 1st time via a birthday party. 1] Pizza were tasty. 2] We found all game machines working. 3] Employees were fine. Only 2 con: 1] toys for ticket redemption are not attractive. But our focus were game time, so, fine. 2] not easy / intuitive to activate a machine via the touch pass.

My daughter had a good time, but there were apparently changes made to the specials. They no longer include tokens with the combos, but you can buy unlimited play for different time periods. (I think it was $15 for 30 minutes of unlimited play.) It took longer than either of us expected to get our food. We exhausted the 30 minutes of play, and it still took a while to get our food. Personally, I would prefer to get credits on the play card than have it just run out of time.
