I asked for a Buffalo 4 finger plate, the fingers Barely had any sauce on them. You could tell the bucket y’all toss the chicken in didn’t have any sauce and they didn’t care to add any. That’s just laziness and it happens here consistently

The chicken tender family meal was the way to go tonight for sure! The chicken was hot and fresh and the grits were only okay.

Overcooked and the inside eating area was dirty and just messy. Seemed to be short staffed but very friendly. Sad as this has been one of our favorite places to grab a snack.

Floors were dirty, all tables dirty, no ice in dining area, rude employee when asking for ice, most beverages were out in Coke machine, and overall not a good experience.

This Zaxbys can be very hit or miss. Stopped by for a late lunch and ordered the new signature sandwich meal. Fries had extra seasoning which I love but they were lukewarm. Sandwich was meh. Chicken was really dry, barely any sauce, and it's way smaller than the pictures depict. Overall just so so.

Love Zaxby's food, however this particular unit has disappointed me. We used the drive through this evening. I ordered 6 piece finger plate with spicy sauce and a zax salad. When I got my order it contained only three fingers, so I went in and got my other three fingers. Once home there was no dressing for the salad and the sauce was not the spicy sauce. Overall too many mistakes were made to this one single order. Get it together Hickory Flat.

Was working doordash and came in to pick up an order and who I assume was the manager simply just stared at me from behind the counter as I spoke directly to him. Then proceeded to walk around the store staring at me then decided to stand and block one of the doors watching me. I simply got my order and high tailed it out of the store as soon as I got my order. Very uncomfortable experience.

THE SERVICE IS BAD BC THE MANAGER IS AWFUL! I ordered something super simple. And what I got was cold oily wings, no garlic bread or celery, cold fries and overcharged!!!! I asked for a Manager when I normally don't need to bc I order easy things. I simply asked the Mgr would he be ok paying $15.56 for what I received. AS HE ROLLED HIS EYES LIKE HE DIDN'T GAF he looked at me and said there was nothing wrong. EVEN THOUGH THE WHOLE MEAL WAS WRONG EVEN ON THE RECEIPT I HANDED HIM! Shouldn't have been surprised. The staff gossiped and laughed thru the entire order! AVOID THIS ONE!!!
