Ordered at the drive through but had to wait for a fresh item for my order. No biggie. However, when they brought out my order, it was incomplete. When I went to go inside to get it fixed, but the doors were locked (it was around 12:30 pm). The drive through line was 20 minutes long so was not worth the wait to try and get it fixed.

Update 5/13/22- closed early without coming out to close the line or notifying anyone. Had people sit in line for 20 min and then put a note in their window.
Frequent this Taco Bell as it is the nearest. Clean facility and nice location. Horrible staffing though. Every time multiple parts of our orders are left out. They are consistently out of something. Today it was cheddar cheese, but they offered the 3 cheese for extra…. They were out of tea, and sauces. Really needs better management at this location

Food needs to be heated more. Newer food Options would be nice. Workers need to listen because they always mess up Orders. Bathrooms are messy like not clean.

$4.19 for a cheesy gordita crunch. FOUR NINETEEN. Good God, that is price gouging.
A few weeks later: Hey guess what? The Taco Bell app will let you customize a $5 dinner box now. So I ordered a dinner box with a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, a cheesy beef burrito, chips and cheese, AND A DRINK. For $5. Explain why a cheesy gordita crunch is $4.19 at your store.

We live right near the one On market Avenue North. The drive-through was extremely busy so we decided to go in. We weren't real good with the kiosk. The manager Shannon came out and walked us through our order. It was easier than we thought. We really appreciated her effort. She went above and beyond. Food was out hot and quick. THANK YOU!

wish I could give this location 0 stars, this location likes to close early before they are supposed to & accept door dash orders and not fulfill them. Extremely disappointed in this location and wishing I wouldn’t of even spent my time or money waiting for them to do a simple order an hour before they actually close.
