Dunkin' Donuts

To whom it may concern..... I have been goin to this Dunkin’ Donuts for years Atleast 3 times a day.... I do not go anywhere else’s because I have a great relationship with all your employees there... to the point when I pull up they already have my coffee ready for me bfore I even step foot inside... I’ve have never gotten an attitude from any employee and they make customers laugh and put a smile on everyone’s face.... u maybe having a bad day but it’s impossible not to walk out without a smile from there.... they’re great down to earth employees who work very hard and if there’s a rush... the line goes very fast and they have everyone on their way without waiting long.... I love them all. They feel like family to me.... I just wanted to say this because not many people stop n take the time to acknowledge great workers who play a huge part in your business... if they weren’t there I would go somewhere else.... customers go to their favorite stores not just for merchandise. They also go because of how the employees get to know them. Make them feel special and enjoy seeing them. They start off your day in a positive way...... Sincerely, Kevin M Wood
