Stopped here while on vacation since we don’t have Pizza Hut in NY and we can say enough positive things about this location. The staff went above and beyond 5 ⭐️. They were so courteous and friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, just the way we wanted it. This is definitely the best Pizza Hut we have ever been to. Date was 07/01/2022 at 1-1:30pm

I must share about the amazing pizza I had for lunch! I normally deal with the Cleveland Ave NW shop, I must say they do a GREAT job. My pizza the other day was hot, perfectly topped and made with LOVE! Great job day shift you rocked that one!

This is my favorite Pizza Hut!!! The stuffed crust pizza, breadsticks and cinnabon mini rolls were all amazing! My client and I were very pleased with how hot and awesome everything tasted! Thanks for another great job!! Definitely, will be returning here.

I ordered a pan pizza, stuffed crust, and asked for extra sauce on both of them. Pan pizza was so thin it was basically a thin crust pizza. Pan pizza also barely had any sauce on it. The same goes for the stuffed crust. It was supposed to have extra sauce and there was basically none on it. Absolutely horrible, also my chicken wings box was crushed not only on the top part, but the bottom part as well. For $43 worth of food, you think it would be semi ok. My wife didn't even finish one slice, and I just threw my pizza slice I bit into back into the box.

We ordered a Hawaiian pizza. They sent us a pepperoni pizza. When we tried to call to get it fixed we were sent to some call center that had us on hold for 15 min before they finally “transferred us to the store”. The store picked up and the man very rudely said “Pizza Hut hold” then put us on hold again. We waited another 10 min. No one ever picked up. We gave up. Now we’re stuck with a pepperoni pizza, objectively the worst kind of pizza. This is the second time this Pizza Hut has sent us the wrong pizza. Do not order from Pizza Hut on Cleveland Ave.

make sure you use a service that can deliver a order hot..OR at least close...my order was lukewarm at best...the cheese of the pizza was firming...NOT hot...and the wings...cooled off..overall that sucks...especially when you PAY a delivery charge!! Once again....sucks!
