I would give this a 0 star because they totally messed up my subs that I paid almost $30 for. Absolute clown show.

Not a huge fan of subway. But they did a good job on my sub. They actually gave me plenty of veggies. Subway has gone a little down hill. But this location does a good job.

I went to the Subway on 01/11/2022 and it was about 8:45 PM. There were two guys who acted horribly while preparing our Subway. I never had this kind of experience before. One of the “guy” was literally throwing the vegetables on the bread as it’s garbage. Horrible service. The manager better change the staff or you will definitely lose business.

We use the subway for the Salem Pom team and I will tell you that Phil and his staff are awesome. They got our sandwiches ready in time before the game and we were able to set up a schedule for the whole season! I highly recommend them!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
Placed an order 5 hours in advance, got canceled at the last minute. Called to speak with owner, was told he left for the day. Must be nice... franchise owner cancels orders that have already been PAID FOR so he can leave. Some advice... act like an OWNER and WORK to fulfill orders, especially when you don’t have the staff to do so. Requested a call from the owner. Not holding my breath. Will never order from this location again, and will tell everyone else I know.
