Today is the first time I’ve bought anything from this DQ... When I went up they’re vanilla ice cream was broke and they only had chocolate which I understand because things do happen however I got an orange Julius and they added wayyy to much powder. I would know considering I work at a DQ myself. Anyways when I went back up the man was very nice and let me trade it in for a Freeze. I got and sat back down and noticed it didn’t look blended all the way I tasted it and I immediately gaged. Im not too sure if the flavor was expired or too much syrup was added however it tasted nasty. 2 of my other friends tried it and the experience was the same. I will not be returning to this DQ Treat only.

Don’t waste your money. We went on a Saturday afternoon and ordered orange julius’s. It barely had any flavor to it and the color was very pale. Nothing like I remembered orange julius’s tasting like. The management needs to make sure their employees know how to make the products before they are left alone to work.

There is usually only one person working when I go there, and they’re overwhelmed. They’re also always rude and short with customers, but I kind of understand because they need help. Still, no way to treat customers!

I love Dairy Queen. They have the best ice cream. I have always had good service from the one on Fulton Road by the Football HOF.

Such a clean restaurant in Massillon near the Four Chaplains Bridge (Top of the viaduct) Their food is always on point.
