Buehler's Restaurant

I love this store and all the employees. The store is always clean and the employees are always friendly. I want to do a special shout-out to their catering department. Because my family works on the days leading up to Thanksgiving my family opts to buy our Thanksgiving meal from Beuhlers. We've done this for the past three years now. It's always packaged neatly, are great portions, reheats perfectly, and tastes amazing! Thank you for offering this service so we can spend more time together on this special day rather than spending most of the day cooking. Editing to add that their restaurant is great too! I love their breakfast

It is now 4:15 P M. Saturday, February 6, 2021. I just had a wonderful shopping trip at Buehler's Canton on wales road. The customer service rep. explained to me how I could buy 2 and get 2 free-- Diet Pepsi 6 pks. for $4.89. Earlier today at the Massillon Buehler's store, they would not listen to me when I tried to explain this fact to them. They said I was threatening them.

I was shopping for a friend. Had never even heard of the place. Holy Moly! I'm a SoCal/Mojave Desert transplant & LOVE doing this, to help others, while I get to learn the area. I crack up when someone asks me about the cold. My answer: "LOVE IT! I'm from California, Mojave Desert & Joshua Trees don't change color in the fall!" 😅🌵

I love Buehler's. Pre-Covid, I shopped here all the time. I cannot wait to be able to do it again. I have seen them open the bakery counter and the meat counter after posted hours to get something for a shopper. I have never gotten anything but excellent customer service here. I'm high-risk, so doctor-ordered can't leave the house right now. I order grocery pick-up from Buehler's nearly every week, and they are AMAZING. I don't believe that you can get better grocery pick up anywhere in Stark county. There is a $1.95 pick-up fee, but I choose to pay it every single time, Buehler's pick up is that good. If they are out of something, they call me every time for substitutions. If I have a different idea, then they will get the substitution that I suggest. They are great with specific requests in regards to produce/bakery/meat - I can pick how ripe my bananas can be, what size of meat cuts I will like, what kind of bakery items I need to fit food allergy requirements. I know that it seems that Buehler's is more expensive than other stores in the area. This is the case for some things. For a lot of the store specific things: produce, deli, bakery, meat & fish, the quality is worth paying more. For other things (and even within the meat/produce departments) if you pay attention to shopping sales, you will end up pretty equivalent to shopping other stores. I was a regular Buehler's customer pre-pandemic, but when I can go into a store again, I can't think of a reason that I would go anywhere else.
