Here I go again... 3 stars because of cleanliness, friendly staff and servers and the effort to make things right.
However, this was most likely our last visit for food at least, they still have plenty of quality beers on the menu so...
I ordered 10 boneless wings and my daughter a patty melt. Neither were acceptable. My boneless wings were at best a nugget most were popcorn chicken sized and at worst small cheese curds. Breading was rock hard and the chicken inside dense. I did show our server and a manager did deliver 6 new nuggets.
The patty melt, ordered medium, was delivered well done, charred outside, inside was bone white, dry and tasteless. The rye bread was fine.
She could only choke down 1/2 with the aide of ketchup.
There are better places out there for the money.

Delicious food! We were craving pizza but wanted a sit down restaurant and this was the restaurant that popped up. The pizza was amazing! The wings and lizard freckles (fried pickles) were also delish. Will definitely come back!!

I got the spinach salad and added chicken. It was super good. Loved the dressing, too. My friends, however, ordered wings and fries and the wings and fries came out barely lukewarm and they had to send them back. When they got their orders back, they said they were perfect. Server was very friendly and apologetic about their orders. All in all, it was a good visit there, though.

I've been to multiple Winking Lizard locations and they have all been wonderful. We took our friend for his birthday because this one was the closest to our house and I was highly disappointed. We got seated quickly. It seemed promising then all went downhill. I asked our waitress for lemons 3 times. Put in an app that never came. Our food comes out, my wings were dry, fries cold. I told them I still wanted the app because I like their cheese wedges. We were told she would take them off the bill but they did not. I was already out to the car when my s/o paid and they didn't tell me until we left so whatever. Rather drive to the Cleveland one next time. Thanks for nothing.

This was our first gathering as a group of gaming friends for almost 2.5 years because of COVID-19, and it was a great time! Our server was very prompt and friendly, and the food was pretty delicious. The only issue I had was with my 2nd batch of wings which were very grisly and hard to eat, but that could've been a frying and general quality issue. The fries were outstanding! Thanks for a good visit!

Went in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday. Busy but not crowded, and noise level was comfortable to carry on a conversation. Patty melt was delicious, as were the fried pickles although they were pretty greasy - served in a cardboard container and left grease on the table.

Great restaurant with a good vibe. The food was great and the service we had was amazing. A very knowledgeable waitress walked us through their vast beer selection. Loved the iguana enclosure. Great addition to the theme and he/she seemed to love the attention and was more interactive than most iguanas that I have seen. If you like a little spice, the spicy garlic sauce has a great taste and is not too spicy(At least for my Texan taste). If you like experimenting with or enjoying a vast range of brews, then this place is for you.

Great atmosphere, clean and COVID-complying with fast and reliable service.
The food here is great. I ordered my burger medium rare and it was hot and cooked to perfection. The fries were crispy and fresh. I would come here again.
