Captain D's

Well, my electricity went out again and I really wanted a nice hot meal. Captain D's hit the spot! I got a fish dinner that was freshly, and well cooked. The customer service was excellent and I very much enjoyed my meal! Thank you very much! It's much easier to go home to no electricity with a nice full belly.

This Restaurant has taken a serious nose dive. Besides the extended wait time the Food was cold and fish and shrimp were severely burned ...Definitely were not edible . The anticipated portions were even small. A complaint to management was met with no professionalism. The managers hair was in disarray and stringy and coming from the kitchen area not even a hair net. She appeared to be in a daze and only offered to return the money with no explanation or apology for any of the issues.....You do not want to use these restrooms....They are in ill repair and next to impossible to close the main door....This Restaurant should be closed....For the record this used to be a great place to eat but Someone has dropped the ball.

This store is only getting as many stars as it is because there was only ONE person available for the lunch rush, and I believe she deserves way better treatment than she's gotten based on what we saw today alone. If y'all can't get multiple poeple to be in the store during LUNCH RUSH, you shouldn't be open. You leave your poor employess open to literal abuse at the hands of the public, nearly none of whom have the open mindedness to understand what being understaffed is like, let alone SEVERELY understaffed. Shame on management for letting this situation come about, and I hope that employee finds something far better than the onslaught of abuse she had the misfortune of dealing with today.
