Bravo! Italian Kitchen

The food was excellent! We had chicken marsala and chicken caprese for entrées, the wedding soup 🍲 was fabulous and thought it was a VERY BUSY Saturday evening at 6:30, our server Alex (Alexandria) was pleasant as a peach and suggested a delightful house specialty cocktail. I'm new to the area and will absolutely return soon. (Additionally, brought home tiramisu and loved it ❤)

this was our first time and I think the only time I left a restaurant saying " that was fantastic" my son picked your restaurant for his 17th birthday as we arn't able to go out a lot so thanks for making this once a year event perfect .. and it's like being in the audience of " hells kitchen ' lol as u can see the "chef's" not cooks making FRESH not previously made food !!! the pizza could be bigger for the price , but the Lava cake was OMG !!! and I don't mind the wait for real made food and don't have to travel to Chef Ramsays to get the real made food ( u should put beef Wellington on the menu ) he said when he plays college football he will want his party there ,for him to say that is HUGE ! U put the olive garden to shame ...

Mediocre food and service at a premium price. I’ve never eaten here before, and I really wanted it to be good. Waitress brought me the wrong beer, and service was slow, especially when it came time to leave. Pasta was kinda undercooked, and sauce and chicken were very BLAND. Chicken was cut weird and had a funny texture. Cool atmosphere I guess. Staff was nice. But that’s about the only two pluses. It was “bearable”.

I rated 3 stars only because I have been here before and it was good. Sunday evening was the time setting. The hostess told us 20 to 30 min. During our waiting time the hostess often disappeared and other customers would wait 5 to 8 min before being greeted. We waited 40 min before giving up on getting a seat and went to another restaurant

Stay away from here...terrible food poisoning. Had the bread, salad, pasta woozie (way overloaded with garlic). Throwing up profusely since about 3 hours after eating here. Service was also subpar. Guess we have to "know someone" as we heard one server tell her friends as she sat them well before us, who had been there 10 min longer waiting for a table. Nice to see they also got bread, drinks, food, all of it much quicker. Guess we need to befriend someone for decent service at this restaurant. Wish we'd have gotten a survey link or something. Used to love this place, 5 years ago. Gone way down hill now. Food isn't even good anymore and makes you sick. Won't be returning.

Very Good food but I have never seen a bartender that wants to close their tap this bad. I have not even finished my first drink and my food before she asked if she can close the tap. I said not yet. Guess when you have your boyfriend or friend by the bar and you pay more attention to that than your customer that is what happens. A few minutes later she came, closed the tap, said “no rush” LOL and did not even bother to take the empty dish. There was an hour left before closing… they should teach customer service a little bit you will think before they put them in front of customers.

So this was my second time visiting/eating here. The first time I was with a large party we were celebrating a birthday. The service was terrible we had one waitress working with all of us, but I enjoyed my meal. It was extremely small for an adult to get full off of so this time I order Xtra sides since they didn't have a bigger fillet mignon. Well this time the food was NOT like I had before. It was so much mashed potatoes. They didn't hardly have asparagus in my meal. Steak was not to my liking also. The food had NO FLAVOR. Asparagus was over cooked and I don't believe they snap the wooden parts from the bottom on all of them becuz it was tough to chew. I will say the lady who took my order and rung me out did a great job. For this to be my second time and it was terrible I'm not coming back no time soon.
