Pizza Hut

Like every other Pizza Hut, its a ghost town. Maybe they would get more business if they cleaned up. The parking lot looks like it was paved ONCE in 1992 and then frozen, beaten with a hammer, unfreeze etc etc. We were also very disappointed by the size of the wings. It was $8.99 for 8 wings, which a dollar per wing I am OK with paying, but as you can see in the photo, the wings were like from a baby chickens toe. The actual pizza was great as always, just a bit disappointed with the wings and environment. Also, as a patron, you should not be telling me you would not buy your own food even with your discount. That is bad business. Otherwise, our waitress was nice.

New Management about 18 months ago. What a difference! I have ordered take out pizza several times since May and each time I have been pleasantly surprised to receive a correct, hot, and delicious Pizza and extras. Today my Hubby and I went for the buffet. On our way we discussed how in the past we had been disappointed. Well, Not today!!! EVERYTHING WAS PLENTIFUL AND WONDERFUL. The salad bar was the correct temperature, crisp, fresh and colorful. Nice variety. The potato salad was excellent! A large selection of crisp, hot pizza. Several desserts and bread sticks. Ahhh yes, the pasta!! Thank you to the new owners.

Looking for some slimy and cardboard tasting pizza? Look no further! I ordered take out and for the first time in my life gagged on pizza. They got my toppings and the type / style of crust wrong. Ordered wings and it tasted like someone put them through the drier, super stale and dried out. Plus I got two cups of icing with them? Alfredo sauce tastes like congealed ranch dressing. Pizza Hut, at this location, used to be good! Not sure what happened. I honestly will never be going back...unless I'm craving cardboard...

After Yum! brands took over Pizza Hut, the quality of the store has gone down. We were not provided with the information that we would be charged per trip to the salad bar. We were under the impression that it was an all you could eat buffet. If you are in Canadaigua looking for a pizza place, I would recommend a place other than Pizza Hut.

Its Pizza hut. The food is decent for on the go. But the building is dim and dusty, the parking lot needs repair badly, and honestly probably wont be stopping by again as there are better options. Its over priced, and the cashier was picking her teeth with her nail. Take that as you will. I normally dont write reviews, but seriously. It needs a warning sign - "beware your tires."

My order took nearly a two hours to arrive. When I called after an hour of waiting for my pizza to show the service was not good, I was forgotten on hold for fifteen minutes before finally calling back explaining the problem and being told in an apathetic tone to just call back later if my pizza isn’t there soon. Very dissatisfied with the poor customer service and unnecessarily long wait time. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is the food was excellent, such a shame the rest of the experience was so bad, definitely will not order delivery again from this location.
