I have been living in Canal Fulton for almost 8 years. I started visiting this establishment for the past 2 summers and sat on the patio. I did not visit much during the past two winters because they didn't have a kitchen. My friend and I stopped by this winter for drinks and were pleasantly surprised to hear Miller-Doan Tavern was going to have a full menu. A group of friends and I stopped by on Feb 9th. Needless to say, the food was great, the atmosphere was on point and in great company.
Food was great here and so was the service. This is a great value for the money. I was particularly pleased that the grill was cleaned before they made my chicken. As a celiac it's not often I find such attention to my concerns in such a small venue. I would definitely recommend them and go back.
Wow, this place was amazing! We had the fried rueben as an appetizer, a chicken basket for the kid and a steak sandwich with sautéed mushrooms and onions. The fries are flat and amazing, and the onion rings looked and tasted like it’s higher class. The atmosphere and service was top notch. You will not be disappointed! Go here!
Three food here was fantastic, one of the best burgers around. My wife typically has complaints about any burger she ever has but had nothing bad to say about Miller Doan's food. The only thing that keeps me from giving this 5 stars is that the menu was very difficult to find on the website. I had to give up looking from the homepage and Google search for the menu to find it.
It is always a pleasure to visit this establishment. Aside from the great food and drinks, ownership supports other businesses and community. It is refreshing to frequent an establishment that strives for great service. Highly recommend!!!
First time trying out Miller Doan Tavern and we were not disappointed. Ordered Moscow miles which were excellent and so was our food. Jack our server was also excellent and took the time to explain menu and was very friendly. Cozy place to go. We will definitely go back.

This place is awesome. My husband and I were in town last night to watch a friend play volleyball at clay’s park, so we called in dinner and picked it up. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I told them I felt like I was back in my home in TN walking in to a restaurant where I knew everyone.
The food was awesome! We got the salmon, a tavern burger, and mozzarella “sticks” (shaped like triangles). The salmon was grilled perfectly and the burger had a good char + the fries were seasoned so well and I thought the shape of them was unique! We would definitely eat here again and recommend it :)
My very first time at Miller-Doan for eats and a couple of beers. First off, they have the coldest draft Stella Artois, I've ever had. It was absolutely heaven. For dinner I had the chicken with cheese, barbecue sauce, lettuce and tomato with a side of "fried, thin chips(in the traditional sense), they were incredible!! Two entrees and 3 beers for 2 came to $30.20. Anywhere else and it would have been closer to $40. This place is quite a gem in the small city of Canal Fulton. I recommend it without any reserve. Btw, the service was efficient yet relaxing and our member of the wait staff was pure class!
Love this place discovered it one weekend after sluggers. It's time but great food great people and it's is now our favorite restaurant
