Unicorn Birthday cake (something my daughter was looking fwd on her birthday) was cancelled 1 hr POST pick up time and 30mins prior to birthday party! Reason was because the “new” manager didn’t inform cake decorator about the order! Oh and yes this inconvenience wasn’t enough, and presumed tolerable was asked to visit in person to get full refund since reimbursement over the phone on the same credit card isn’t possible! Choice is yours but I would recommend to stick around Folsom/Edh BR with an excellent customer service.

Disappointed. Two advertised promotions were not available. I went there for Waffle Cone Wednesday around 5:30 pm and to try their new advertised flavor, Ube Coconut Swirl. There were no waffle cones and they did not have the new flavor. Please don't advertise what you can't deliver.

I love this place because the ladies are so friendly. They are making sure I got what I wanted.

I came in to pick up a cake that we had ordered in advance for my sisters baby shower....they did not make the cake. They gave me a “back up cake” which is a completely different cake then what I ordered, now my sister has to eat cake she didn’t want on her big day. I paid a lot of money for them to do their job which they failed to do. This issue is not resolved and I hope the owner reaches out to make this right.

Got to the store at 9:47pm and the door was locked. Closing time on the website says 10:00 pm. Either the store needs to update their online hours or the employees need to stay open until the time that is posted.

Good ice cream but poor public relations.
Employees need to attend a course on customer service and how to respect customers who help pay your salary. Public confrontation with the customer is a disgrace for Baskin-Robbins.

Nicest people there. Long wait time, but Togos is there too, so it's understandable, especially during lunch time. Parking kinda sucks though. It's in a corner with one way in and out.
