Donuts Delight

Sadly it's hard for me to give them a good review. I went here twice in one day. The first was when they opened and there were hardly any donuts. I asked when they'd have more, specifically apple fritters and they told me in an hour. I came back an hour and a half later, all the cases were empty. You have to either have really good timing or luck to get donuts.

I pick up donuts for the family from here 1-2 times a week. The variety of donuts available fluctuates quite a bit day-to-day, but I have only patronized the shop starting in April 2020 (after quarantine and stay-at-home likely sapped the number of visitors). On a couple of occasions they allowed me to request a specific variety and return 15-20 minutes later after they made what I wanted!

I'm 37 and I have NEVER had donuts this DELICIOUS my entire life. Being 37, I have tried and experienced many different donut shops throughout all of the Sacramento valley area, even chains and none even come close. I have read a couple bad reviews from other people regarding an ownership change and I would have never known other than the workers had changed. If anything I'd say the donuts got even yummier and a wider variety on the menu. Get there early because they sell out fast. So that must mean they're doing something right. For all the nay Sayers, you should it try it again. "Eyelash" person, it was probably your own that fell onto your donut and people who complain about $.50 card fees, use your heads. Do you have any idea how much Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc charge the owner per purchase? It's a very large percentage. Yes debit is cheaper but the owner still pays a fee so get over it!!!
