You can no longer get soup, salad and fruit bar only so we ordered from the menu. I got the grilled chicken with mixed veggies and soup of the day (which was cabbage) for my sides. The soup was AMAZING, mixed veggies ok and the chicken tasted just plain weird. The manager came over and asked how the food was and I was honest. She gave me the option of ordering something else from the menu. I didn't feel like waiting for another meal to be cooked, so she asked if I would like to choose a meat from the buffet so I did. I picked the grilled salmon and it was delicious. The seafood buffet, by the way, would have been 12.49 each and included seafood, steak, salad, soup and fruit. We just weren't in the mood for it. It looked great, though. I was satisfied with the way my dissatisfaction was handled. Great customer service. I'm happy to see a Shoney's still doing well.

The food was good and our server was prompt, friendly and on top of everything. It would have been a five star review, but the manager, whose name we found out was Rachel Hyde, was extraordinarily rude to us, speaking in a condescending tone and generally making a scene before we'd even had a chance to be seated. It's a shame to see talented staff held back by such incompetent management.

The food here was great!! My husband had the chicken fried chicken. I had the salmon which had a spicy, sweet sauce. We had some sides but what took the cake was the salad from the salad bar. Great toppings available. The milkshake was awesome! And I loved my strawberry lemonade Arnold Palmer. Best of all, Mary Grace, our server, gave us great service. My husband and I got a kick out of joking with her and her manager. Great customer service from both ladies! Must stop!

Good food on bar , good service. Pretty good atmosphere nice people. Christian myself don't go some of the seemingly different ways that i noticed, but i ain't the judge! They the staff were nice to me so i was very comfortable and perceived giving blessings because except for the evil zeros following presence i was recieved so i bless. I took my granddaughter to eat Christmas dinner we got our booth at 4:45 pm, we had eat almost all of our first plate before we got our drinks, then after waiting 15 minutes on the fried chicken and shrimp to come out, they said they were out of shrimp and the chicken would be out in 3 minutes. Well 20 minutes later still no chicken, I got aggravated and finally left. I will not be back again.

Very seldom will I go to a restaurant and then not eat but this one advertised a Senior Thursday but when we ordered it they stated that it began at 5:00..Generally I would have no problem with that but on the flip side of the sign it stated Steak night every Tuesday 5:00 -10:00 p.m. If they didn't start the senior meal until 5:00 you would think that the sign would say so wouldn't you? Service was fine for the glass of tea I had. The looks of the buffet made me cringe...going elsewhere for my meal.
