Rude service. 3 out of 4 time our sandwich is not right. We always order the same sandwich - pepperoni pizza meatball sub with extra marinara. This time I also ordered side of jalapenos and a side of marinara. I am adding pictures and you decide for yourself if it has extra marinara. ( My opinion is there's no marinara... Looks like the wiped the sause off the meatballs.) The manager on duty is the one that took my order and she is no help.

Convenient location, inconvenient order accuracy. Ordered a salad, got soup crackers instead of salad dressing. At least I didn't get overcharged.

I normally love firehouse subs but was very disappointed by this particular one. Long wait, no pickle with my sandwich and the sandwich didn’t even taste like a firehouse sub. I know y’all can do better than this!

Drive through card reader down twice in one week is ridiculous. No one else in town has this problem. This isn’t the 1970s! No one carries cash anymore! I won’t be returning to this store as I’m tired of having my time wasted in the drive through. Get your act together firehouse!

I am just not a fan of Firehouse subs. The food seems overpriced for what you get. And I don’t like wet meat on bread, and that is they way their subs turn out. The location is fairly convenient as we passed through town. I loved the local custom mural they had on the wall. The food is not bad, it’s just not worth what they charge in my opinion. They have a Coke Freestyle machine and restrooms were mostly clean.
