Captain D's

Went through the drive through this evening after a failed attempt to get take out from another place. The lady taking orders was so incredibly nice and the gentleman running the drive though was amazing. I wish I would have caught their names. They need raises because good customer service at a fast food restaurant is rare! I appreciate you guys for feeding my fam tonight and hooking me up with sauces!

Great customer service however food was cold! Came back June 2 so far its been a 30 minute wait as drive thru cleared out and still no food. When we asked they said an employee walked out 10 minutes ago. Will update about food if we ever get it. Fries are cold but everything else seems freshly cooked.

The staff is all young high school aged people AND that’s fine, because they’re all nice and friendly…BUT the food sucks. It took forever to get our order and we were literally the only ones there. It took almost 30+ minutes and then some items were cold and it was a complete waste of $30+. I want a refund or something bc for that price the service was inexcusable!

April 10 2022 Decided to have Captain D’s since we haven’t ate there in forever and i love their chicken tenders. This experience was by far the worst that i’ve ever had. After waiting in the drive thru for over 30 min the body language from the window attendant was obvious that she couldn’t care less about being there. So much so that she didn’t check the order before bagging it. While the part of the order that was fish was correct the chicken tenders was not. Ordered a four piece (also paid the price for the four piece) and once we got home discovered that they only put two in the box. Also asked for honey mustard twice and didn’t receive any. Needless to say, definitely won’t be going back.

Strike 3. Last 3 orders have taken way too long. Overlooked it the last 2 times but not again. Online order placed at 5:08 and ready for pick-up at 5:18 according to the e-mail confirmation. Food wasn't ready until after 6:00PM. Seriously? What's the point in placing orders online? Sorry Captain D's ... that's enough for us.
