Old school local diner with all the vibes of yesteryear. The place felt like a time capsule of quaint aesthetic from the decor to the local people which themselves are hilarious.
The food was classic diner fare. We went for the all day breakfast and were not disappointed. The banana walnut pancakes were bigger than my wife's head (and she's got a noggin). If you enjoy a good hot hungry man breakfast in the area with no frills at dirt cheap prices then this is the place for you.

Very rustic and charming in nestled in the town of Catskills in Upstate NY. The food was great. I went in early October, cozy fall season. There were enough tables and parking was easy. The staff was not the most friendliest one I’ve encountered . Overall, I’d highly recommend it.

Veggie scrambler was awesome! . OJ was freshly squeezed. Toasts were fresh with real white butter.
They got a cute small dog roaming that will give dopamine punch.

Had the hungry man for breakfast which was delicious & the quantity was great, we shared one breakfast between 2 & it was pretty filling. Jadah the waitress was very quick with the service & kind. 10/10

Local little spot we found while camping out down the street at the Getaway Eastern Catskills. The atmosphere was so warm and cozy and filled with very welcoming and friendly locals. The owner was super sweet and Seresto her little dog is SO cute and sweet! 🥰 The food and coffee was absolutely delicious and the prices are more then fair! Highly recommended and we'll definitely be returning too! You MUST try the banana walnut pancakes! 😉❤🤗

Most delicious breakfast in that area. We visited The Getaway Cabins for a weekend anniversary and that place was our favorite for breakfast. Nice atmosphere and unlimited coffee! The waitresses was super kind.

Food was delicious. Service was good. We got here at 9am on a Sunday and by 930-945, the servers were hustling and the place was getting crowded. If you're in the area, I would recommend stopping.

I'm impressed with this old timey truck stop. Neat, clean well lit. Quick friendly service. Very good menu. Could use some sprucing up....I'll have a refill of coffee....😊😊😊

Great service. Great eats. And they accommodated our finicky eater off the lunch menu for breakfast. Anna, the granddaughter, was our server and her grandmother was our awesome cook/chef. There were 7 of us, 5 kids, and our orders arrived at the same time, piping hot with hugh portions.
Highly recommend Mike's Diner if you are looking for a good home-cooked meal
