Mcdonald's

Lousy service. Ordered curbside and been waiting more than 35 mins. Went inside because sign out front says lobby open and since it was taking so long and told employee inside that I ordered online and its been 30 mins that I wasn't sure if I needed to come inside to pick it up. She didn't even bother to say we're working on your order or sorry its taking so long. With an attitude she says ma'am lobby isn't open. First and last time I come here

Staff do not seem like they care about their job. Wait on only one person at a time meaning they don't allow you to order until the person in front of you is pulling out of the 2nd window Very slow when your ordering up until you get your food. I spend up to 3hrs max and 1 hr min just waiting in line up until I leave with my food. I never get my order correct. If I order food without or extra it is not done at all. This location needs to be held accountable and needs new staffing as this is just unacceptable. There's not a lot of fast food in my area and that's another issue with this location that makes this just overall not a great place for food

This is the nastiest McDonald's I have ever eaten in. It doesn't matter how much makeup you put on the building it is still nasty. The service is horrible, they are so slow and never have I gotten any food with a smile there. I just wanted chicken nuggets in a kids meal, took over 45min and I was only 3 cars in line.

Why have 2 order lines when they ignore one line and take 2 orders from the other line before they even speak to you. On the order menu has at the bottom more great deals. 2 10 pc.nuggets 2 med fry's 2 cheese burgers. Ask how much was this deal they was advertising and was informed they don't have a deal on what I read off the menu. The 2 nuggets, burgers and fries 🍟. I said it's on the menu saying it's a deal. Was informed again it's not. So the menu is incorrect or the employee is not trained correctly. Was rude poor customer service. Nuggets was old as well. Uhhh. Thought since the remodel this place might get there stuff together at least a little. This is by far the worst McDonald's in this area. Food and customer service. This place has turned into trash. Really sad

I was genuinely shocked today! I usually have soo many issues here but today they blew me away! My order was taken quickly and by a friendly employee (there is usually attitude), the cashier was super friendly, I got my food in under 5 minutes and I did 4 special order burgers, nothing crazy, but they were all correct! And HOT! Like am I in cairo lol. Great awesome terrific job yall! Please keep it up.

I’m going to keep it simple , I would give a negative star but that’s not available !!! If you are prepared to wait 1 hour and 20 mins for food please pull right in , other wise do not stop and find somewhere else to eat !!! With several attempts to get a simple order , walked in just to find food sitting on counter !!! Hopefully a reputable franchise will take over this location 🙏

Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun. Yes, I had a Big Mac and it was delicious. My wife had a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. We also had fries and finished with a strawberry, cream pie. Google is asking has McDonald's changed. Well, yes it has. At least in Cairo. There are double drive through lanes now but still only one pick up window. The inside has been redone. We ordered using a kiosk. The self-serve soft drink station was not there. Tables and seating are new and seem to be spread out more. I don't think my Big Mac had pickles or onions on it. The French fries were delicious.
