Waited 26 minutes in the drive thru for sandwiches that I can only guess we’re cooking for that duration. A dab of sauce and a stack of pickles doesn’t help either. I compare them to a 10ply tire on my scale of toughness. Over the last 2 years I have seen a solid decline in quickness and quality. If you’re looking for a quick pickup on your way home, I would go across the street to sonic or hit up the McDonald’s in Jacksonville (and that’s saying something because that one is horrible)

I am so tired of having to go here and receiving poor service about half the time. I get being busy I really do, but you need to either analyze your busy times and staff properly or hire better staff to ensure this never happens. This is absolutely unacceptable. Everyone is raising their prices due to inflation all while service and quality is taking a massive hit. Figure it out!

Hours of operation on the door and website say 5am.. Went by Wednesday @5:10- 5:15 and lights on but no one in drive thru there were 2 vehicles ahead of me and so I thought nothing of it. If you aren't open... turn "golden arches" or put a sign up altering hours even for the day.

One star because I’m super disappointed. Our last visit had great service. Today they said they didn’t have medium cups so they had to up charge us for a large (guess what, we still got handed medium drinks). Then they tried to argue with us that 2 meals only come with 1 order of fries.

I get they are training new staff, but they wouldn't take a card in drive thru and instead of making my order and me coming in to pay they just said we can't do that. Then the order was wrong and the burgers inedible. They are replacing the order to try to make it right. Just try and give them some time.

This has to be the worst McDonald’s in 200 miles! Their equipment is ALWAYS broke down, they NEVER give you all the items on your order, and they are slower than a sit down restaurant. Burger King is the King of Fast Food on the corner of Bill Foster/Hwy 5 exit in Cabot. Chick-Fil-A PLEASE COME SAVE US!!!

I can't tell you how many times I've been to restaurant and gotten my order messed up. I can't be too harsh as Mcdonalds is a very popular restaurant and they have so much to do and its easy to mess things up, however its not hard to not put ice in a drink when asked to. EDIT i still go here because I don't want to drive all the way across town, but there is no need to have burnt food... this is unacceptable

Food is fresh and hot. Service was a little slow but I was there in the lunch rush. Very polite team members.
