Pizza Hut

Pizzas are always good when delivered from here. Had a late delivery mishap recently. logged a complaint in the app and the next day they called reaching out to apologize, explained what happened and offered a credit. Every business has hiccups occasionally but how they handled it was commendable and I truly appreciated them reaching out.

Very disappointed with how small there pizza has become for what you pay for. They charge way too much for there pizzas. Not worth it when you go to papa John's or anyone that has a bigger size pizza. There large pizza now is a medium pizza. Your better off just having little caesers pizza. Pizza hut and dominos are complete rip offs. Hell the local bowling alley has better pizza and also bigger for less money.

A sweet friend ordered pizza/wings for us from this location because we have had a death of a child in our family. It had to be delivered via Uber Eats because we are outside of the delivery zone. When it was delivered, it was missing the wings. I am unfamiliar with how things work so I called Pizza Hut first to see what could be done. A very rude young man asked when we were coming to pick them up. I explained that I couldn't due to having my nieces nephew who just lost their sister with me. That was the point in the delivery. He then told me to take it up with Uber Eats and hung up as I was trying to ask was Pizza Hut not responsible to get the order correct. At no point did he ever apologize for Pizza Huts oversight in missing putting the wings with our order. Some sympathy, sensitivity and, at the very least, an apology would have gone a long way. I called back and asked to speak to the manager. I was put on hold for a long while before the SAME guy picked up the phone again and then said he was the manager. I asked if he was the guy I just spoke with and he said no. I proceeded to explain about the rudeness at which point he yelled, "That is not the way our conversation went!!" I called him out on lying about who he was and I said there was no way he was the manager because he sounded like he was about 14 and he yelled that I was very rude. At this point, I couldn't emotionally handle the conversation. He was completely insensitive to the situation, unprofessional, childish and would barely let me get in a word. Don't come here if you want quality, professional service or any hint of kindness because you won't find it here.
