More than decent individuals. Good people food was prepared promptly and served in a fashionable amount of time. Staff was considerably in full satisfaction to the customer all kind of things were offered any and all condiments were offered and served. Covered all bases great group of people!

Staff is usually fantastic, even when its super busy or real close to closing time. The food seems to be hit or miss. Like sometimes they forget the cheese for your pretzel, or your chicken sandwich is a little too crunchy. Theres a younger guy a while back, i think his name is Gabe, he was always fantastic. Overly friendly, polite, thoroughly asked question to ensure order accuracy.

Got tots with extra grease they were right out of the grease but would have been nice if they let them drained off before sacking them up.

Sonic always seems well staffed, the people are friendly, the food is prepared accurately every time. They are probably the fastest drive-thru in Cabot, McDonald's. Ironically could be the slowest.

Time on food out not bad. Used the mobile app and that went smooth. However when I got to work realized the bag I was given was not even my food. Tried to call and no answer.

They messed up my entire order, but when I came back and brought that to their attention they fixed it without an issue. Good food. Just check your order before you leave.
