Pizza Hut

I ordered online, Butte, Montana, Pizza Hut! It said my order would be ready for pick-up in 25 minutes! I showed up 30 minutes later, No Pizza! I watched their clock, I had to Wait 20 minutes more to get my Pizza! Don't bother to Order On-line, takes just as long as if you went in and ordered! Sad! Pizza is good though!

I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut before and it was decent, however tonight we had a terrible experience. Ordered one large veggie pizza and it was literally falling apart. The dough was dry and inedible. We also ordered olives on only half and there were olives all over it. The pizza literally had holes in it, looked like I was thrown around a lot. Disappointing and huge waste of money. Sad.

It's hard to ruin Pizza Hut, but the crew at this store managed to find a way. The environment inside the store for pickup more closely resembled a circus than a restaurant, with employees yelling at each other and customers being forced to watch it while they waited for someone somewhere to help them. Whatever the shouting matches were about, it certainly wasn't anything that improved the quality of the product. At home I found soggy, limp breadsticks with the parmesan topping -- THE reason I wanted Pizza Hut tonight -- on two of the ten breadsticks (IF I looked hard). The Thin'n Crispy crust was also distinctly uncrispy. It was a disappointment in the extreme.

After the debacle under this update they Did make it right on 1 6-18-2022 so one star upgrade the same delivery drive I had last time was more pleasant Wow so after a good year I figured maybe they hired better people nope. Today I had got 2 med. Pizzas and bread sticks. It taken over an hour to get to us. And we found hair on everything we ordered, a second chance sometimes is not a good idea gross but at least we got a refund.

This location did a great job with my order. Ready on time, and was still very hot when I got back to my hotel. I was pleased with the way they packaged the wings—wrapped in a foil wrapping—because it kept them really hot even when I ate them last. Also, if you’re looking at getting a dessert, go for the cookie 🍪 The brownie looks amazing but isn’t quite as good. The cinnamon rolls are tasty too, but the cookie is the best one IMO.
