Taco Bell

I must say I'm just not used to customer service of this caliber, especially at a fast food restaurant. That may be because I'm from the armpit of the South, Montgomery, Alabama. But these people at this particular location seem to go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Several trips so far with exceptional customer service, food is all that you could expect it to be and not once has their been any mistakes on my order. I highly recommend this Taco Bell.

They get our order wrong every time we go. We don't eat meat so it is extra disappointing when they don't pay attention to the order and put meat in. This week we were finally able to go in to the dining area (was closed for several months even though not clearly advertised outside or on Google), and it took 15-20 minutes to get our order, even though there were only a couple of people waiting. There were several cars in the drive thru, so I'm assuming that's why it was so slow. We've been to some pretty amazing Taco Bells where they get your order right the first time and work fast no matter how busy they are, but this is not the place. Would love to see them upgrade their level of quality!

We tried going through the drive through. The service was so incredibly slow. It took more than 5 minutes per vehicle. We finally left and went elsewhere, after we got our food from the other place we drove back by and the that was in front of us was just at the speaker. There wasn't very many cars in line either. I understand that alot of places.are understaffed but this was worst than any other understaffed place we've been too.

Sadly it's hit or miss at this TB. More hit than miss but when they're getting ready to close, about an hour prior, I recommend you just pass it by. The fresh has left the building. Even the most simple, basic item, the bean burrito 🌯 is probably going to be awful. Restaurants last serving should be as good as the first.

Had a buddy I was with that does doordash and went to go pick up some order and they kept passing up all doordash orders to put it through the drive-thru and naturally it kind of made my buddy kind of upset. They accused him of being violent when he's not whatsoever the only he's ever violence is when it comes to rapests or child abusers. With that being said they had the cops called one of the officers I'll update the name here in just a minute would not allow my friend too tell his side of the story assuming that anyone in inside the restaurant was right. If you're a doordasher I do not recommend going there whatsoever.
