Taco Bell

So I go to the restroom. No tp paper no hand soap no working water in sink. Than I go to counter. While waiting to be waited on. The workers was dancing. Than ask can I help you. I say yes I'd like to place a order. She replays we are short hand you have kiosk to place a order. Very bad business.going on in there. No happy.

They messed up my dine in order. I was given 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos when I ordered 1 cheesy bean and rice burrito and one beefy melt burrito. After eating the cheesy bean and rice burrito I went up to counter to tell them the mix up. The lady I talked to was very friendly and said she will remake it. Then she called me back and asked for the burrito which I did not eat. I then could clearly see who I assume to be the manager start complaining about the mixup and blaming me. She was saying something to the other worker implying that i was trying to scam them. The manager needs a lesson in customer service she could definitely learn from the girl who gave me my food and talked to me about the mix up

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I lived next to it for three years, and have been going there on and off throughout those years to see if they have gotten any better. They haven't. Old food, wrong food, horrible food. Do not go here. UPDATE!! I decided to give this location another shot. Well it's definitely a hit and miss. I noticed the day crew is definitely lacking, but the night crew blasts it out the park.

My daughter went to pick up my online order Because I have cancer and cannot get covid. As my daughter pulled up to the drive-through window all you heard from the top of her lungs was AMANDA, the manager yelling at the poor girl's working. Yelling no no tell her to pull around I'm not doing it. The girls looked terrified. So my daughter pulled around and went inside to pick up the multiple orders that we ordered online, which we have done multiple orders online and picked up through the drive-through many times and had no problems. She went in and asked the girl what her name was because she was calling corporate. Amanda the manager again started yelling again at the top of her lungs to my daughter because she heard my daughter say she's calling corporate on her. Very unprofessional. I will never eat her again. Use to be a great Taco Bell. Bad and negative energy brings people down. AMANDA should NOT be working in customer relations.
