It could be cleaner, the staff could definitely step up their customer service(they are rude), and the food could be better. It's okay if you're very hungry. But you usually have to wait a while for your food. They don't come check on you once they give you your food. If you want to go to a bar for good drinks, friendly attentive staff, and good food visit the pineroom.

Started a little rough, food was crossed up and made wrong, but the server was adamant they were going to fix it and they did. Bummed when businesses put a sign on the door says "we didn't force you to come here..." Sets the stage that they are about themselves and not the customer. It has lots of potential and wasn't "bad". If everyone was a lot nicer, would have given 5 stars.

Read the other reviews before you go! All the negative ones were accurate. May just be the worst dining experience I've ever had would give zero stars if I could. I don't usually write negative reviews, but it was TERRIBLE and I want to save other people from wasting their time and money here. If it's the only place open, go to McDonald's or a gas station deli instead. They have a sign by the door foreshadowing the terrible service, I thought it was a joke but apparently they really just don't care about customers. The waitress was obviously irritated about us asking what beer they had, and after making us wait a ridiculously long time to order, literally threw the appatizer on the table and said here ya go. Food was flavorless and luke warm, no check in at all to see how things were tasting, probably because they knew we'd be lying if we said it was good. Got the mother's day "special" cordon Bleu with the saddest broccoli I've ever seen and cold mashed potatoes, appatizer combo, dry flavorless burgers, and microwaved corn dogs and even though we were hungry none of us really wanted to eat our dinner after waiting over an hour in a nearly empty restaurant, we even went so far as to pay cash so the rude angry waitress wouldn't have our credit card information because I was not about to leave a tip, and I've literally never done that, I even tip drive through workers 20%. Bad bad bad. Highly recommend the Pine room, RJs, or Juniper cookhouse instead.

Absolutely horrible! My cousin ordered take out broasted chicken to split. We knew it would talk about a half hour. The bartender dumped half of my beer and then charged me for a new cider, while I'm trying to figure out what happened to upset my cousin to cause her to leave. Absolutely terrible service. Will NEVER be back there again!!!!! And that's SAD because we used to Absolutely love stopping thru here for a bite on our go. The kitchen staff was more attentive than our "server".

Latterly the worst place ever!! We ordered 2 Rib eye steak sandwiches and it was Latterly a steak on 2 pieces of bread nothing else on it and the steak had so much grissle and it was soggy. The tater tots were soggy and onion rings looked so sad and horrible. We also got 2 cowboy burgers and was supposed to have sace didn't have any on it and was supposed to have onion rings on it and had one soggy onion ring on it. We ordered ranch and fry sace and didn't get any sauce. We also got an order of mozzarella stickes and it was litterly a cheese stick without a crust dipped in oil and had stuff from the dirty oil stick to them and the sace was was like salsa and runny. My brother took the 2 steak sandwiches back they refused to give back the money or even replace the food.
