The staff is very polite and I can see how hard they work. My suggestion is to management. Please reconsider your workflow. I saw them churn out 10 online orders while I waited for my in store drink to be made. Meanwhile no one even walked in to pick up the online orders. It feels like a mismatched allocation of time and resources. Why make in store customers wait so long if online orders take a while to be picked up ?????

Staff is nice but the hours are always a gamble now. Sometimes the close early, like 3PM and sometimes they take it to 5PM. It’s annoying.

The drive up is difficult to get into and navigate. They managed to shoehorn too much in that small space. Good luck trying to find a parking space if you wish to get into the store. Other than that, it's typical Starbucks.

Can't walk in to pick up my mobile order because of "capacity"? That's fine, except for when you literally walk to the building instead of driving and then are unable to receive your product that you paid for. App says open for in-store and mobile so if I order to pick up in store maybe I don't want to, or in this case can't, go through the drive-thru. Never wasting a cent here again.
