Wendy's

Very good Wendy's. Very fast service and the food is good. My hamburger tasted swell, it was one of the best ones I've had from any Wendy's anywhere. Frosties are also amazing and you should buy one if you've never been to a Wendy's. Also it is not weird to pit your fries in one. Anyone who says otherwise is wrong.

The staff constantly overlooks simple instructions. When I called to complain about instructions on an order not being followed, I was told "it's not our fault that the instructions were misinterpreted" as the manager took zero responsibility for making a mistake on the order. They also told me that I would have to bring my delivery back to the store for a refund after ordering food on the other side of town. Don't order from here. Edit: I've been on hold with customer service for almost half an hour trying to resolve the issue, and no one has answered the phone yet.

I literally stood in line for over 20 minutes this week right at noon before I was able to place my order, standing first in line the entire time. I waited so long that I was forced to just use the self checkout which I had to learn and struggle through. Believe me self checkout is not user friendly, not all items have pictures, buttons don't do what you think they would, and it was a struggle. It will always be at least 3x quicker to just order through the employee. I suspect they were just waiting, forcing me to use the self checkout. In my opinion this is terrible customer service. I will not be going back to this Wendy's location because of this one terrible experience.

The best thing you could do at Wendy’s is get their Hot Chili Seasoning, mix it with the ketchup, and dip your fries in. It’s even better than dipping a hot french fry in a cold chocolate frosty. Every time I go to Wendy’s I wonder why I don’t choose it more often...I really like the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, Chocolate Frosty and the fries. If they had $1 Large Cokes I might consider living there.

This location NEVER gets your order correct in the drive through. I highly recommend going in if you’re going to get food here. Today they didn’t give us a single sauce for 3 nugget orders, 0 ketchup, 0 napkins, and forgot a burger from our order. Is it rocket science to make sure everything is in a bag?
