Burger King

Even though we made a big order tonight we should not have been treated with such disrespect and rudeness the only one that was nice was the gal that helped get a box for the drinks because they had no drink carriers and they slow down and make the orders correctly. If I didn't live so far from there store I'd take it back to get my order correctly

Driving through for work, had a craving for Burger King so I stopped in, paid for my meal and asked for a water cup, they charge 25 cents for the cup no biggie so I give the cashier a dollar and as she’s handing it to me she drops some of my change and then hands me the leftovers and says here you go, not sure if she didn’t notice but it was audible and so I mentioned I thought she dropped some and she was like ya I did, so she calls the manager and gets back into the till and I’m 6 cents short of my 75 cents in change and she hands me 4 Pennies and says that’s all she has…. The manager is right there and does nothing. I don’t care about the 2 cents, but the principle of the matter is ridiculous, Do Better.

Had an amazing experience here. Very well managed and the employee who took my order had amazing customer service skills and even took the time to educate me on how to use the soda dispenser. Her name was Lily and she charged me a fair price for extra sauce. Only thing I’d complain about is they’re always out of fry sauce but that doesn’t reflect on any of the employees’ capabilities. Also they don’t have paper towels in the bathrooms, instead they have blow dryers in the bathroom which is just annoying because nobody uses them and the bathroom handles on the inside are always wet because of it.🤢

No complaints here. Really clean and the girls are friendly. Probably one of the best places for a burger there in town I don't really lean toward the mom and pop shop because I know what I'm getting at Burger King. Stop here for a pit stop before I head on back to Meridian.Try the Quarter pounder yum yum with strawberry shake. I'll be back again when the family goes to SLC to The Lagoon. Keep up the good work BK

If I would have posted this review last night at about midnight it would have been a one-star. However Carl, the general manager at the store, or at least I think that was his name, handled the situation this morning perfectly and so I'm giving it a five-star because I don't think any company should need to be perfect to get a five-star but they do need to be able to handle issues when they arise. The night manager didn't even seem to try to handle the issues, but the general manager did. If I could hire this general manager and if I had a spot for him, I would do it in a heartbeat.
