I have had major issues a few times at this location, all times the service was absolutely absurd and the team members were too obviously high.... the last time I visited this location I ordered a rather pricy sandwich and received more meat & veggies than meat. Multiple times it has taken around 15 to 20 minutes sitting waiting for a simple order in the drive through even if no one else is in line. Although I have attempted to email this location multiple times before leaving a bad review, they have never responded. This location needs some help when it comes to customer service, quality of food, and timing of orders as well as responsiveness.

I gave them a 5 because I was traveling with my parents. The dining room was closed so we had to go through the drive through. My parents are in their 70's and debated back and forth on what they wanted to eat and discussed cost and read each menu item and description outloud. I thought I was watching a Saturday Night Live skit playing out in thr front seat. Finally after about 10 minutes of this my dad clears his throat and asks "Are you ready to take my order"?. I could only imagine the cashiers expression as she said...."Uh.... Yeah....🤣🤣🤣. Thanks for the laugh! My french dip was great.

Most of our food was lukewarm to cold. When eating chicken wings, roast beef sandwiches and fries it shouldn't be hard to keep food at an acceptable temperature. Our wait time wasn't too bad. However, I had to go back up to the counter repeatedly to get sauces and utensils because they are not accessible to customers otherwise. Our cashier when we ordered was polite and pleasant. She was very quiet which made it hard to hear her behind her mask. While we were there, there was a lady yelling at the manager for cooking without gloves. I didn't notice this because I was on the other side of the wall, however, due to the argument customers left before they ordered.

My husband ordered two orders of the 2 for $6 French dip sandwiches from the coupon and a lot more. He got charged 5.39 per sandwich. When he got his order he got two french dip sandwiches. There was no au jus. He caught the overcharge and that there weren’t enough sandwiches. They weren’t nice about it. Then gave him two more sandwiches. Not enough au jus. They gave us 4 horsey sauce for 11 sandwiches. When he asked for more they walked away. This is the sandwich? It’s like half of what it used to be. The buns are different. Of course by the time he got home- it was barely warm. Really unimpressed. We went here often. I’ll go to the one in Twin from now on.

They can't get an order correct even when it's right in front of them and told to them slowly cashiers to quite to hear when they try to read the order back to you and there lost already tryed to talk to the shift manager and they sent another cashier to try and talk again said would like to talk to shift manager my family has finished what we did get of are order and had the time to write this well I wait for a manager
