Service was fine if understaffed. Got a burrito and Classic butter. Sandwich. The burritos saving grace was its nice eggs and sauce. Thank goodness.
But god, was the classic burger terribad. Didnt taste like butter, cheese, or anything. Like an impossible burger, but without the gratification of supporting plant based meats. I don't know how people like it.

10/10 experience. I didn't order but my homie Kerry was working and serviced my companions oh so diligently. Friendly service and a variety of options. Can get fries and a shake with a side of heartburn or a 20 calorie side salad, there's an option for any picky crowd!

My husband and I came to Jack in the box for breakfast. The place was dirty. I let the mamager know the tables were all dirty with crumbs and grease marks all over them. She just said ok and did nothing about it. Coffee was cold. My husband had asked for another cup of coffee ,hoping it would be hotter but unfortunately it wasnt. Bad service over all

I know, not like me to post a fast food joint review, but I must admit, since I've been living in Salt Lake City and there aren't any Jack in the boxes that I know of in this town, it's a guilty pleasure trip when we get to go up to Burley idaho! Go ahead, and build yourself, get the tacos

I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but I sure wasn’t expecting to be this underwhelmed. Couldn’t hear anything on the drive thru speaker and when we finally did order, staff wasn’t the nicest and we didn’t get the sauces we asked for. Then the drinks were all watered down and gross. 🤷🏼♀️

Very disappointed.. in Idaho there is a law that states a hair covering, hat or hair net must be worn...today 4 20 22 at 4 am no one was answering drive thru. Everything posted they are open 24 hours.

I love Jack in the box so much which just makes this location all the more disappointing since it's the only one within an hour of me. Every time I go there it's either an absurdly long wait or they get my order wrong. Ive spend over half an hour in their drive through behind only 3 cars (or less) when I started on multiple occasions. Thre staff is usually rude (not always sometimes they are good but not often enough to balance out for me). Bottom line is I go back for certain menu items because Jack in thre box rocks but this location is absolute trash and I ALWAYS leave frustrated and regretting my decision and tell myself im just never going back there again (until I get one of those cravings only Jack can help with lol). Edit: A year later and this location is still disappointing. I placed a mobile order today and went in it was over 5 minutes before the person in front of me was even acknowledged then a few more before I was and I still had to wait over 5 more minutes before it was even ready. The lady that came in wasn't acknowledged at all until I said something as I was trying to figure out how to cancel my order. They were helping drive through the entire time and busted out 5 cars before acknowledging lobby. They were all so rude and instead of apologizing they just said what do you expect we're short staffed and shes new.
