Burnt Lemon Grill

I have always thought of this restaurant as a great standby option for delicious consistent food that is locally made and supports local. Even recently I am reminded just how tasty and creative their food is. I came in and ordered food to go and only waited maybe 10 mins my food was ready, cooked to perfection, and all there! The staff was very pleasant to deal with and happy to be there. What a well run place. Highly recommend this place!

Terrible experience. Every table in the place was dirty. It was a cold spring evening and the temperature inside was colder than outside.The hamburger was burned to a crisp. The order was not right. They informed me they couldn't make the "Western Burger" because they had "just run out of onion rings, " Even though there was only one other customer in the place and he had not ordered onion rings. This was after a 15 or 20 minute wait. The hamburgers of the customers who followed us were terribly overcooked, too. They needed more help. As far as I could see there were only two young employees in the place. They were friendly and seemed to be trying, but it seemed they had little training in customer service.

Earlier this week I went with a date to BLG for the first time in Burley for takeout, I had been raving about the one in Twin Falls. Unfortunately we made a mistake coming here. 1. Our burger was not edible, it was extremely dry and tasted freezer burnt. 2. Our BBQ pork roll up had no BBQ sauce and the coleslaw was past it's expiration. I legitimately threw it up.. 3. Our tots were not fully cooked and still cold in the middle. 4. We were given all fry sauce and no ranch as we requested. Not even 20 minutes after we had gotten our food we called the business to complain. We wanted to take the food back and get a refund. The employee working told us there was no manager there to give us a refund and to keep the food. We were told a manager would be there the next day. The next day we stop in to get our refund and the staff states that there is no manager again. We have yet to receive a refund for food that was literally EXPIRED. Absolutely pathetic and we will never be back, it was reported to the health department. Please check your food before you eat it.
