Been reading a lot of the reviews lot of them are bad but I've never had any issues with the staff. Sure they're indian I believe but they've always been very friendly to me, usually pretty good stocked they wait for me to enter my rewards and sometimes reminds me to enter it. So that's pretty nice. Just wish they had more ramen choices but I think the area isn't too big on ramen.

Standing outside right now at 1:12 a.m ran out of gas and they are standing there looking at me not letting me in yet it’s open 24/7 and I am calling and the phone is ringing but they won’t answer. I’m freezing cold and need to get home to my babies! Why won’t they let me pay for gas so I can go home. They are paid hourly for nothing. About to call the police since you can’t find head quarter # anywhere

I don't recommend going to this 7-11 unless it's the middle of the day. It says it's open 24 hours a day, but yet when I go there at 11:00 pm to 3 am, the store is closed. Sometimes the store clerk will say, "Oh five minutes" and then he'll let you in, but you actually have to wait 5-15 minutes. And then once you and the 5 other people waiting outside are done, he locks it up again. And if they are out of something, don't bother asking because they don't have a backroom, (they do) but they use it as an "office/breakroom." Unless you like being angry or are visiting america to see some of the worst customer service in the world, don't bother coming here. There are drug dealers with better customer service

All the bad reviews for this place must be from yuppies. I've lived across the street from this location for 4 years and go there almost everyday. I have never ONCE had a problem. They've been robbed (at gunpoint) multiple times and this is why they're so cautious about shoplifters and rushing people out when it's late, it's purely for their own safety, because of this neighborhood, not because of their character.
