Season your fries for once, it's not that hard. Next time I'll go to another KFC where they properly season them.

Worst, absolute worse experience I've had! Waited 25 min for our order, just to have the order wrong. Went back through the drive thru, they replaced our order, waited ANOTHER 20MIN!! Just to be told that we needed to continue to wait for 1 more item. I went back through the drive thru and asked for a refund, was told "give us the food back and you can have a refund". WHAT??? I waited a total of 45 min for our food, no one waits 45min anywhere for there food!! After another 20min of arguing with the "manager", finally got a refund and continued to wait another 5min for our last item. I don't normally go out of my way to complain about places, but this was ridiculous!

Found a freaking hair in my food!!! Disgusting don't ever eat here! They obviously don't take good care of the store.who knows what else is wrong with this place! Besides this the customer service was fine. I will be reporting this to the health department.

Clean and fast.... And chicken was on point! Not burned or dry... Just perfect!

Despite being fully staffed this KFC is SLOW. We waited in the drive thru line for over 15min while picking up an Uber Order. While waiting we saw several people waiting in their cars for their orders. They have a sign outside stating they will bring orders to your car if you order online. These individuals got out of their vehicles and started lining up at the locked door by the drive thru.
Some staff did NOT have masks on.
Once we got to the window it took an additional 5min to receive the order.
I personally have never been a fan of KFC. It's white people food. Go to Churches Chicken. Or Popeyes. For real flavor!

Unfortunately my experience with KFC has not been the best, sadly, because they have chicken and seasonings that are as addictive as heroin. It's their execution that spoils the broth. The amount of time they keep unfresh product around, etc. Personally, another pet peeve of mine is employees not speaking English in the workplace makes me feel untrusting. That's just a fact for me.

I am so tired of corporate companies making people pull around to the parking lot because their employees messed up an order or something. It's not fair to the customer. The employees also shouldn't have to run off of a timer because we all know they don't get paid anything.
