7-eleven

I am a big fan of the 7-Eleven franchise and visit my local 7-Eleven at least 5 times a week. This is however the worst 7- Eleven I have ever been to. 1st thing I noticed it was dirty which I can give them the benefit of the doubt on. They had a sign on the shelf of 2liter bottles of soda listing Pepsi as 2 for $4. 1 at regular price of $2.79. When I got to the counter the clerk scanned them and told me my total was $6.36. I typed in my 7 Rewards phone number and saw my name pop up on the screen and was told ut would be $6.36. At this point I had already placed $4.50 on the counter. I told the clerk the sign said the price was 2 for $4. He yelled for someone in back who after about 2 minutes and me watching my bus stop and continue on its route through the stores window finally came out. He looked at the transaction and told me I dont qualify and pulled the sodas back as if I was going to take them. I asked what do you mean I dont qualify theres a big sign on the shelf with the price. He walks back there to the shelf and tells me the sign is wrong and rips it off the shelf. In disgust I throw 2 more dollars on the counter the original clerk slides the 2 Pepsis towards me and I grab them and walked out to the bus stop. I worked in retail for twenty years and know horrible customer service when I see it and unfortunately have been unable to work for the past year so have to make every dollar count.

My normal cashier here is awesome, but the guy tonight was a dang mess. He was rude as could be, refused to honor the price indicated on the shelf where 2 rows of the same product were stocked, and true to his general state of disregard , he wasnt wearing a mask at all, despite WA statutes requiring it and the huge signs on the door. Dont come here in the evenings, that's my advice.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this is absolutely the most disgusting 7/11 I've ever been to, and THAT is saying something. Their floors are horribly stained and sticky from years of not mopping, and the checkout counter is always sticky and gross because they can't be bothered to wipe it down. I don't even like to put my items down on the counter knowing what kind of stuff it's contaminated with. I don't even bother putting my 7/11 rewards phone number in because, big surprise, they also never wash the screen that you type it into. Not sure if this is a corporate or franchise store but if it's franchise, the owner should be ashamed of himself. This place needs to be shut down by the health department, or at the very least barred from serving hot food.

Very poor customer service. Cashiers are rude. They are always on their phones no matter what time of day you stop in. Making customers wait on them to finish their conversations before your helped. They don't change their gloves when switching from cleaning to handling food. Gross!!! The heavy set tall cashier is the worst of them all. He throws your change at you rudely. I normally don't do reviews because I may have caught an establishment on a bad day. But this 7-11 I frequently stopped at & it's the same bad service every time. Not to mention that every single item in the store is over priced. I will NOT spend another penny at this store. I gave 1 star because I couldn't give a zero. My suggestion to other's is to spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Very rude. Man name 'KG' tried to scam us today. Alway check the receipts! Doesn't speak English so communication was bad. Asked for manager's # and he shook his head no. We told him to give us the money back and shoved it back to us. We tried to be nice but he kept speaking his language and expected us to understand him and got mad when we didn't. Then made us pay with card but still tried to keep the cash.

I'm staying at an air bnb down the street. Walked there to get water and snacks. I was in there for maybe 4 whole minutes and the guy at the counter argued with at least 2 customers then told me (who had 3 waters and snacks) that they didn't have bags so I had to walk 3 blocks in the rain with an arm full of cold drinks and chips. Spend your money somewhere else. It's not worth going on there to be treated like garbage.

7eleven supervisors has to make a review to the personal in charge of store at 13456 1st S in Burien, I think they don't like the job, they are very rude with people. I think there are better amployees you should hire. Or show the guys in there a little coustomer service. If you want details please dont be afraid to ask me, thanks.
