There's a construction going on around the building but they're open! The sore is clean, cool, and quiet. Batistas are nice and friendly. So if you need a break from a crazy day, stop by!

It seems like you've finally gotten your nitro tap fixed, but batistas are still missing details. Today I ordered a blueberry oatmeal and when I sit down at work to eat it, there's no blueberries. They put a B on the bag but forgot what that is for I guess...
Good thing the Target across the street is ready to pick up the slack. This store used to be a shining example of great service...

I am a mute customer. Therefore I had to type on phone and show employee “Val” what I needed. She was completely disrespectful and wanted me to read it off as I could not. She began to treat me as if I was stupid. Her behavior is completely unacceptable for someone working at a company that strives to help those with disabilities. “Val” should be written up. I immediately left the store and I refuse to go to any location because of her. I come here everyday and order ahead but it wasn’t available. I will never service Starbucks again if they don’t address her behavior in treating those with disabilities.

Love this place! It's just been remodeled with a beautiful new decor and plenty of indoor & outdoor seating. The baristas are wonderful and make my coffee perfect every time!

I appreciate this Starbucks so much while on vacation. They are very friendly and even told us how safe Burbank Ca was. It was close to our hotel (Marriott hotel) which I loved.. Thank you again 1711 Starbucks from San Francisco..
