Pulled into the drive thru at about 9:05pm on a Saturday evening. The girl taking orders was quick to take my order and the young man at the window taking the money was courteous and welcoming. He even wished us a good evening (this isn't something common amongst younger employees anywhere nowadays), I'd name him by name, but he wasn't wearing a name badge. At the pick up window, Ethan greeted us and was just as friendly. Overall, all the employees on this particular evening were professional and courteous.

I like this particular restaurant a lot. First of all, because it's relatively close to me, second, it's always nice and clean inside. Orders are ready quickly, meals are fresh and hot, workers are friendly and attentive.

They got my order wrong. Which is okay. I did call just to have the manager aware of her employees giving out the wrong order. I didn’t want my money back nor was I going to go back to switch the order. But how the manager handle the situation was very disappointing. She was not polite at all. She put me on hold didn’t even tell me she was going to put me on hold. I called back again and she told me please hold. I heard the phone get picked up and she hung up on me. Definitely not the way to handle a situation.

This place is one of the closest to me. sometimes I order at ubereats and other times we go to drive true, but something is always missing from my order, or they did not follow the instructions, and this time was no exception, the cashier said everything is in the bag, and it was not true we had to go back for a sandwich that she forgot to put inside my bag..
