Great tacos. Guisados adds their own twist on authentic tacos but it's amazing. The proteins are braised so it makes them very juicy and full of flavor. I got the shrimp taco, the mole poblano and the last one was one of the stakes I forgot which one but they were all phenomenal. You've never been I would highly suggest checking it out and I'd love to come back.

Had a great experience at Guisados. We tried 5 of the different flavors, 1 was a repeat that we both got the full taco. The tortillas were delicious and each of the flavors did not disappoint. The two steak flavors were our favorite. They were very good with my shellfish allergy as well, which is a major plus.

Loved Guisados since my first visit to their first location years ago. Tacos with braised meats and handmade tortillas. Get the mini sampler, it’s the best deal. Love the chicken mole, chicarron. The melon agua fresca was great too
Skip the quesadillas (they are corn tortillas tacos with cheese, they are not big slices made with flour tortillas we were expecting for the price) and skip the chicken tamale if you can’t handle spicy. A bit of outdoor seating and indoor seating, they bring food out to you.

Guisados has fantastic street tacos. I enjoyed a plate of six different ones on my visit and definitely enjoyed some more than others. The meats are braised which makes them stand out from other taco places. I visited here on a business trip and would definitely return in the future.

Am I glad this Silverlake spot expanded to Burbank? Hell yeah. They serve high quality elevated street-style tacos like no one else. LA taco stuff at its best. If you get a tamale make sure you add the egg. You’re welcome.

Indoor and outdoor seating. Amazing chicken tinga taco, steak picado taco was delicious too. Best part was the cantaloupe water (agua de melon) so rich with flavor and refreshing.

Every single bite was worth it, so good, I am happy that my boyfriend found this place, as a Mexican I can say this is one of the best guisados I’ve ever had, the tortilla is really soft and good as well. 👌❤️❤️
