Such a amazing place to watch a basketball game or any other games. My friends and I came here tonight to watch the NBA Finals. We put our name down first since they don't take reservations and was told there was 13 parties ahead of us so during the mean time we went to another restaurant to wait. We got seated like an hour later at the bar area. I got the 10 traditional wings with a basket of fries. The service was way better than the other restaurant we waited at and more upbeat. Our waiter was attentive to our table probably cause we were seated right where they were. The TV was in front of us and they fulfill our request for the TV to be changed to the NBA game. The food came out a little warm and not hot probably due to them waiting for our whole order to come out at the same time. The food was still good though so we didn't mind.

This location of Buffalo wild wings was good. They were very attentive both servers I sat at the bar counter. It was a sight to see how they were working behind the bar like professionals. They weren't crashing into each other they were not spilling drinks they didn't have any drinks overflowing. It was easy to get their attention they were making sure that they were taking care of everybody at the counter not just me. I had a good time conversation with them as well. Overall this is one of the better Buffalo wild wings you can go to I highly recommend this one.

It was not good.
Service was lacking. Was sitting for awhile with my friend, talking, with the menus already down when I had to actually flag down a server to order. Not even a drink or even water had come yet.
Usually I order wings but we were in a hurry and the sandwich looked amazing. This is definitely one of those, it doesn't look like the picture, deals. It did not taste good at all. I mean, it wasn't gross but mine didn't seem to have any sauce so I was basically eating a dry over cooked crispy processed chicken sandwich with a handful of cabbage that couldn't even stay on the chicken with a dry bun.
My friend ordered well done fries. I didn't but mine came out well done. I don't know why. Lazy server. Bad cooks. And cheap ingredients.
2 chicken nuggets, 2 drinks, and teeth breaking fries with bad service for 50 bucks... I'll pass. I guess that's burbank for ya

The most horrible service I have ever had!
My party and I were seated very quickly which was great!
BUT We got our food and the waiter was not tentative. We asked for things multiple times. I even had my drink spilled as soon as I got it. Our waiter passed by I asked for help to clean and a refill, I was completely ignored!
I had to ask for help by another waiter walking by they helped cleaned the table. A different waiter was flagged down by us since we were still waiting for basic utensils and sauce from our original waiter which we had yet to get but our food had been served already and getting cold at this point. I asked the waiter we flagged down for a different waiter and she said just to wait since he was attending a bigger party which I don’t understand why they would assign him another table when he clearly cannot handle anymore.

Super under staff. Walked in with a party of 3 sat at the bar waited for 20 min and realized there was about 4 staff for the whole restaurant. The bartender had no clue we ever sat down at the bar including like 3 other parties that have been waiting before us. So we just got up and left. How can u you operate like this on a holiday presidents day in the middle of lunchtime??

I thought all Buffalo Wild Wings were the same but this location is exceptional. The Nashville chicken sandwich was really good. Fries are just fries right? Nope! They were seasoned just right, so fresh and hot I didn't even need to bother with the ketchup. Staff was attentive and overall a great experience. I'm not going back to the lousy BWWs location in Simi Valley. That place needs to step it's game up!

We ordered to go at the restaurant. We were told about 20 min, cool. We waited about 35 min, and when we got home, the carrots and celery were old and dry. Everything else was delicious though.
