Just got my food via Uber eats and there was this long strand of hair inside my salad entangled in the cheese! Disgusting!! Please wear hair nets and mask! Lettuce leaves are gross!!!
Update my family has now counted 3 long strands of hair in our food. Brown and blonde. PLEASE wear hair nets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is absolutely disgusting!!! Everyone needs a food handlers certification there! We should not be eating and pulling hair out of our mouths! Clearly someone does not care!

The guy making my meal gave the family before me HUGE HAND FULLS of cheese. I mean HUGE! These people ordered 5 bowls. When I got up to the counter he said he was out of cheese and refused to get more from the back. I feel this was done because he FAVORED the family before myself. Then I call Chipotle to speak with a manager but of course the team isn't available and its a recording. Bad customer service all the way around. Disgusting.

Chipotle has been on a slow decline over the last year and tonight was it for me. Went in to the store, was told their system was down so I would need to place my order through the app. I place my order through the app, wait 10 minutes, go back in and wait another 5 as my order wasn’t on the shelf.
I inquire and was told that their system was down, so I would need to stand in line so I can place my order at the counter.
There was no line when I went in the first time, now there were like 10 people in line.
I asked for a refund or a credit bc I was also picking up another order and I didn’t know what they ordered. I was told there was nothing they could do, I would have to call for the refund.
Why didn’t they tell me initially to place the order on the app and they would make it right then?! Ridiculous!!!

I’ve been coming to this location since I was a kid, but honestly won’t be coming back anymore , this location for sure lost me as a customer , employees are unprofessional and have attitude , they also put such small portions of chicken for a huge bowl, they’re VERY stingy with chicken, most of the times the rice is undercooked, sometimes the chicken is also so chewy like gum, what is up with that? This place definitely needs to be checked up.

Ordered food online which was scheduled to be ready for pick up by 9pm.When i got there the food wasn’t ready and had to wait almost 30 minutes while they were serving other new customers who came after me. The staff didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize for the wait.The burrito bowl we ordered had barely any chicken in it.

Tried the carne asada here for the first time was pretty good but the family was very sad that they were out of guac and refused to make any and it wasn't even near closing.
