Taco Mexico

We went for the advertised special of 99 cent tacos. We ordered and were told the available selections. We saw no need to view the menu scince the special was offered. What we were not told was that the flour tacos were double the price plus an open food hidden charge for what we still don't understand. The motto is: If you don't ask, we're not going to tell. We will never go back to a place like this where waitress has a sorry attitude by saying "You should have read the menu" We have come here for years but never again!

Hubby and I were there tonight, 7/20/18, 99cent tacos was advertised. We ordered 3 each, and beans and drinks. Tab came and hubby's tacos were charged at $1.95 ea (he had soft tacos), plus an up charge of 75cents each for flour tortillas. Mind you the server didn't mention any up charge to us and we didn't open the menu because we were getting their taco special. When we asked about the charges, we were snapped at. "You could have read the menu". Well, you could have told us there were additional charges. Not an offer to fix the bill. Mind you, we still tipped her. We left and will not be back. For a location that doesnt have that much business, you would think they would offer to make it right. We were there around 730 and there were only 4 or 5 other customers in there. 6 tacos, refried beans, sour cream, a large beer and a large margarita set us back $46 after tip. We could have eaten much better somewhere else for less. They lost a customer tonight.

Food left a lot to be desired. They only had two kinds of salsas that were so watered down they can’t even be considered that. Very disappointing ! Meat was either burnt or not cooked enough !!! should of taken the fact that it’s any empty restaurant as a sign To not enter this place !! If you want authentic or good Mexican food stay clear of this restaurant!!!

This restaurant used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. I had a bad experience today unfortunately. I took my kids out for lunch. My 8 year old asked if he could order off the adult menu. Usually I would say no but since it was lunch time and the prices were substantially lower I made an exception. He wanted the shrimp fajitas. When the waitress came around to take our order I specifically pointed to the fajitas on the lunch menu and told her we wanted the shrimp Fajitas from the lunch menu since they were only $7.50. Our food was delivered and we ate our meal. When they brought me the bill they had charged me $11.95 for the dinner fajitas. I approached our waitress and told her that she made a mistake because I had ordered the lunch fajitas and she said that the order she put in was for the dinner fajitas. I asked her to correct our bill so she went to ask the manager. Then she came back to our table and said the manager refused to correct the mistake because we were delivered the dinner portion and I should have told them when they brought the food out. How am I supposed to know the difference between the dinner and lunch fajitas? I then told the waitress that since it was her mistake I was just going to take the $4.45 out of her tip. I hate to be that way but I am in the customer service side and that is absolutely sorry customer service! I used to always refer everyone to this restaurant but I will never do it again! Bad news travels a lot further than good news! Good food or not I will never eat here again! It’s pretty bad to lose A good customer over $4.45 but it’s all about customer service. They need to get their act together or they won’t be in business for a long!
