I had a really bad experience the other day here and I have to say... the store owner and the manager Tiashee was so considerate,kind, understanding and caring that it really touched me and my son. Kevin is a great manager and was kind too. But as far as Tiashee and the owner... IT WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND. They genuinely cared. In the initial review I blamed Tiashee because I was mislead on whom I actually spoke to. But even still she was genuine, kind, patient and caring once I actually did speak to her. If more people were like them it would be a much better experience in all fast food stores. They are the reason I rated what I did. I left out one star because of the one I actually had conflict with but when I say these two ladies ( owner and Tiashee) were so kind even outside of job description as to be a mother and understand my situation that it moved me. They are truly awesome ❤️. I don't even know if I could have been as kind as Tiashee after me lying on her name (unbeknownst to me) and being so angry. Hats off to her!

It was okay. Staff was nice. Had an issue with my order. It was the apps fault. Not theirs however. Got it resolved thru BK customer service and got my money back quickly. They have the best customer service online if you ever need an issue taken care of!!
I however just started going to the BK bout 10 mins down the road bc according to the app they have what I need. :)

My husband and I had a late night dinner last night. The burger deal for $11 was perfect for us. I wanted the chicken sandwich but they were out. This is the reason for the 4 stars. Thank you for the great food and service all, keeyit up.
