The grilled chicken sandwich is my favorite..but the wings are always a treat

This is my first time in Zaxby's, and I was happy. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, which was literally melting in my mouth. And we got chicken tenders meal. It was good, too. Service was really great here.
Food and service were good, but nothing exceptional that would bring me back.
Mrs. J is so awesome! She always has a smile on her face and makes the day so much better. Will be back just because of Mrs. J!
I ordered Dr Pepper but didn't taste like it. French fries were hot but no salt at all! Each meal should come with (2) zak sauces, (1) just isn't enough for tenders
Food was hot and delicious. Lettuce could have been a little better but wasn't horrible. Associate was nice.
I got their fried chicken sandwich and definitely one of the top 3 I've had out of all the fast food chains. Their dipping sauce is also top notch as well. Service here was fast and friendly.
My service was amazing. There was a young lady who took my payment, so pleasant and friendly she gave me a compliment on my hair. Stating it was beautiful. Not knowing that my day was long and rough she made my day with such a small gesture. I smiled enjoyed my lunch and the rest of my day was Fabulous. Thank you for such great service. Keep doing this people do notice good service.
Great food and service. Cashier was overly polite and respectful. Our food was tasty and fresh. The restaurant was clean and cool. Quite refreshing and relaxed meal
My only complaint is the restroom, the exhaust fan in the men's room needs help. I feel management should fix issues like this on their own. A Lowes store is so close that you could walk over buy a new family for 20-50 buck
The the old motor out and install a new one. They are common and it's probably only held in with 1 screw... sorry I got distracted with the noisy fan.

Great food. Great service! I was a first timer but I was in good hands. Ms. J gave me her recommendation on what I should order and she was spot on! I had the wings and things that came with a good mix of food and plenty of it! 3-4 chicken tenders, 5 wings, fries, celery, Texas toast and a drink. I had the sweet and spicy wings and they were great. I also had fried cheese bites, they were great too. Overall a great dinner just wish they had Zaxby's in South Florida.
Okay so tonight May, 4th around 9pm I went here to eat. The microphone was having issues, so I waited patiently in line. I pull up and was met by a down to earth guy at the window. He apologized the for the issue and insured me they tried to reach out to me. He took my order at the window. Made my day by being so chill during the rush and being upbeat! Got my food to me fast! WHICH WAS SO GOOD AND HOT! Along with leaving me with a smile and the order correct. Had to type this review!
