Here it is Tuesday the at 3:30 in the afternoon on 4/26/22. I stopped in at Wendy’s in Brownsburg. I wanted to eat in and not in my car. The door was locked so I went through the drive through and asked if the dining area was open? Reply was no and we just locked it up.
Long story short I will not revisit this place and waste my time again!!! Went to a closer place and enjoyed my meal sitting down inside. I can see now why their ratings are so low.

Walked in at 4pm stood at the counter for a few min turn was told that the dining room was closed. There was no notice or sign stating this. Once this was pointed out that abs that we walked in a unlocked door they told us they did it have enough staff. There where three employees there no one in the drive through. Not sure how they had enough employees to complete the order at the drive through but not enough to do it at the counter. It the same amount of work either way we where out with the family and eating before we went to do an activity all we wanted was to sit down and have a quick bite to eat. We found another place that treated there customers with more respect and welcomed them in to eat. I am so tied or placing giving this excuse. One day the employees at this place will be replaced by robots.

This is the worst run restaurant in town. Dining room was completely closed so they were not serving anyone inside and yet getting someone to answer the drive through intercom took 15 minutes. Finally get an answer and they were out of both frosties and the salad we wanted. We ordered a different salad and it was missing multiple things and it also took ANOTHER ten minutes to get our food out to us. Mind you, dining room is closed and we were the ONLY order they were filling. Maybe we should start paying people more than 9 bucks an hour so we can get some quality service. Horribly managed and run. Get it together.

They forgot my fries so I had to drive around to the drive thru side again because their doors are locked. When I got my fries it was hot but had black specs all over it. I'm thinking someone rubbed my fries on the floor( I'm not sure). I will take it to the health department to be inspected if so...(I hope not) Someone will pay for that! Also by the looks of the comments the health department needs to investigate anyways. 4/1/2022 1805

Food was good. No dine in and the drive through line was incredibly long. We were committed and stuck it out though. Short staffed but they are sticking it out.

The restaurant is rarely ever ever open and when it is, they're out of fries or burgers which makes them being open fairly pointless. Sat in an empty drivethrough lane today for 5 minutes in the middle of the day with only two cars in the parking lot (which I assume were employee cars). Nobody answered the drivethrough box and the dining room was locked up.
Since their restaurant is not able to accept orders from the Wendy's app, doesn't answer the drivethrough box, and has the dining room closed, not exactly sure how to get food from it.
Restaurant should be bulldozed so there can be more parking for other businesses around it.

Went through the drive through and ordered 50 chicken nuggets and a couple of drinks. They shorted me on nuggets and couldn't even bother to give me straws, went to eat my food and the nuggets were clearly undercooked. I'll never come to this location again and I'll be sure to tell anyone to avoid this place.

Fries were undercooked and unsalted, and the double baconator was overcooked, and dry, and did not come with 6 slices of bacon. Just 4.
