Arby's

I used to love the Brownsburg Arby's. I would go out of my way to drive to this location because my food was always fresh and hot and their drive thru was speedy quick. However, the last two times I've gone there my food was cold, I've found hair in mine and my toddler's Mac n Cheese, and everything was put in the bag upside down. The Mac n Cheese was spilling out and into the bag, I'm surprised the cashier didn't notice the wet bag... our fries were dumped upside down into our bag, and I found multiple strands of long brown hair in our Mac n Cheese. We asked for Arby's sauce and the gal said it was in the bag, but there was no sauce. All of our food was cold. I don't think I will be visiting this location again, and that makes me sad considering I've been driving to this location since I was in highschool, so for the last 7 years. The fall of their quality is very disappointing.

Can't even put into words how disgusted I was. Should have remembered why I have not been there for so long, I basically spent 11$ for the only decent or correct item I received and that was my shake! But if they had a way to screw that up they probably would have! I called when I got home from their drive thru to just express how awful the items were in my bag, and I waz so hungry I tried to get it down, but simply impossible! They told me to come back and they'd replace only exactly what I had ordered, ha ha ha like its going to make me take the time to gey disappointed all over again. I'd rather the $ back minus the shake!! GROSS!
