Went to Bob Evans to spend my hard-earned money. The manager Madison is the worst manager I've probably ever come across she should not be in customer service. If I place a order to go and I tell you that I have two separate meals why would you put all of it in one then when I ask you to fix it you tell me that you're going to charge me for another set of eggs when you put all of my eggs together when they should have been separated. it is not my fault that you guys do not know how to follow directions so I'm giving you a negative 10. I'm so tired of supporting these businesses who don't give a f about us. Going to start keeping my money.

Trying to pick up a Doordash there was a problem with the order on their end. Employee was very grouchy and short with me when i tried to resolve it. Ended up just unassigning the order which basically screwed the customer. I wont pick up from there anymore but i also wont eat there anymore. Too many other choices where i can get friendly service.

As a delivery driver, I had to wait 55 minutes for the restraunt to cook the order. 7 people behind the counter and 3 tables in the restraunt being served. Still not sure what happened. I'm quessing training new staff because a lot of help just standing around. Order your food ahead of time if you are eating there.

Avoid at all call costs! Service is worst ever. Waited nearly 15 minutes to get first cup of coffee. And never did get a refill after it was promised…and just sat to see if it might somehow arrive. Left after 45 minutes. Never got a check…had to wait at register and then beg for it. Won’t ever return.
