Jennypho

So we found Jenny Pho and we had a great experience. We ordered the lychee and passion fruit fruit teas which were delicious. We got the vegetarian spring rolls as an appetizer. I ordered the pho ga and he ordered the Vietnamese grilled chicken sandwich. Our food was just fantastic. We also ordered their coffee and the owner talked to us about Vietnamese coffee drinking culture and showed us how they prepared their coffee. He also told us that they grow their own coffee on a farm back home and that they ship it here. I would highly recommend people stop by as it is a lovely place and we will be going back soon!

Hands down the best Pho in Hendricks County. The first time I came here I was starving and everything tasted great. You can’t really judge a place when you starving hungry, so I had to try it again. The second time we came we brought the entire family. The kids eat vegetable rolls and rice, and the wife and I had different pho soups. The broth for the pho was exceptional and didn’t need any additional flavoring. The spring rolls were scolding hot and delicious. The wait staff has been very friendly both times we have eaten here and our food was hot and fresh. The negative item is the price. Jenny’s is a little more expensive than some of the other pho places but it’s worth it. I would highly recommend you check this place out if your in the mood for some good Vietnamese.

The restaurant was fairly new. Very very clean! The waiter was friendly and polite, but didn't seem to be able to keep up with the food service or the register. There were several customers that came and left for various reasons: slow food service, or the waiter getting stuck (with problems) at the cash register. The authentic Vietnamese cuisine was very well and meticulously prepared. I opted for some of their signature drinks, but the chef was the only one who could make them...which meant he was diverted from the kitchen. If you opt to try this (near the time of this posting), I would definitely suggest patience. If you're in the mood for authentic Vietnamese food, I don't think you'll be disappointed. But, the wait and serve time, could be an issue.

I was so excited to see that this place offers VEGAN pho. No other place around me does. I sent my boyfriend on his way to pick some up for me as i have a horrible sore throat and it was delicious. It felt good on my throat too! I also couldn’t believe how big the portion was so now I have lunch for tomorrow! Yay!

It was not bad...but it wasn't good. The ambiance and decor looked great. The service was poor. Our server literally left in the middle of our meal in a car with someone...and returned shortly after we were done. The cook had to bring everything....the egg rolls and wonton were very greasy... the pho was just...OK very peppery and the broth was murky and seemed oily. They forgot the cilantro and there was very little beef. My daughter ordered a vegetable pho and there was seitan in it...and some strange tofu ham. All in all not very good. The portion size was generous. Pho 36 will continue to be our spot. This place is also not open on Mondays....strange.

After a chilly December hike at Turkey Run State Park, stopping at Jenny Pho was the best decision we could have made. We had beef pho and chicken pho and both were amazingly delicious and warmed our bodies and souls. I also enjoyed an incredible cup of slow drip Vietnamese coffee with sweet condensed milk. This was our first visit to Jenny Pho and we will definitely be back soon. Even the 5-year old was raving about her kid’s portion of pho. Lastly I have to mention the super friendly and helpful staff. They were kind and welcoming. Excellent service and great dining environment.

The decor of the restaurant is very nice. I ordered the pho with beef and flank. The portion was standard for pho, i.e. huge bowl! The noodles were different than I've had before, such that they were a bit on the chewey side. I liked that, though. I was disappointed in the amount of meat in my bowl. I've seen much better for the price, but the meat did taste good. I agree with another reviewer who said the broth was very peppery. The service I got was great. Overall, it was ok. The location is amazing for me, so I'll go again.
