Had an amazing lunch here! The $14 lunch deal with 10 wings, fries and a drink was a great deal! Eva, my server, was awesome and attentive. The food came out fast, and HOT! My drink was never empty. Overall one of the most ideal dining experiences I’ve had in a long time!

This is what I received. Compare with the promo pictures. Ah of course they completely skipped to give my drinks too. Also paid for celery etc., Ha! Silly me. Also not received. I picked up my order btw. I give two stars since they provide hohum employment opportunities to youngsters. That’s all I guess.

My son and his friends entered the establishment to play the Golden Tee video game. Apparently this game is located in a section of the restaurant that is 21 and older, but not very clearly marked. After paying for and starting their game they were asked if they are 21. They replied honestly that they are not and were asked to vacate the section. They agreed to do so, and server told them they had to after finishing their game. However, another employee decided that threatening police involvement was they key to getting them to leave immediately. Very classy. I’ve sat in this section several times with my adult friends and their small children with no issues. Thank you BW3 for picking on these young men while they sought out innocent fun at your establishment. Well done.

You all do remember you are in the hospitality business? Walked in on a quiet Thursday afternoon with eight people and were told we can't slide one empty table to accommodate all of my friends. So we all left for a different restaurant. Your loss.

Although my wings we Not Ready on Time. Staff was great about getting them to me as soon as they could. Only one guy at the bar so not busy. But you can't expect much from carry out these days hard to find quality help for Peanuts.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is nice. It is in good shape and the staff are usually very helpful and courteous. They do tend to run out of our favorite menu items. Everyone knows BW3’s. This one is better than most.

Not what it used to be. The quality of food has declined. Boneless wings are more bread than chicken now. They appeared to be short staffed. So, service was slow. That happens in a lot of places these days. If the quality of food continues to decline though, might need to look elsewhere for wings.

Stopped in at 7pm on May 18th 2022 for dinner. Our staff and a couple of our clients were with us, 10 in total. The restaurant was mostly empty and since we were all in a group we moved a couple tables together so we could all sit together, the waitress came over and said we could not move tables to sit together, I ask why, she said it was because of the difficulty to the waitresses, I questioned how it was easer to have the same amount of people at 2 different tables that at 1 table, and she just said it was, I then requested a manager because I couldn't believe that we couldn't move tables. The manager (Jake) came out and I questioned him and he didn't say it was a staffing issue but rather he said that his boss has said tables cant be moved together, that since Covid where they would only let 6 people sit together that his manager wanted to keep it that way even now. I reminded him that we were a group and that we would move the tables and sit them back when we are done, and reminded him that the restaurant was mostly empty, he didn't care, and that we should just dine somewhere else, and we did. Before I left I requested the general managers card. The next morning I called the General Manager (Blaine) and spoke to him. Blaine says the reason for this was because of staffing issues, he said it would be hard on the waitresses to move tables around and back so they have made this rule. He also said to accommodate a request to move tables was a real challenge for them so this was their policy even if it meant us not giving them our business. Since when does running a restaurant not have challenges? Is it the goal to make things NOT Challenging or is the goal customer service and making money? I rarely give bad reviews because every restaurant has bad days, but when I heard that this wasn't just a bad day but their policy, well I can say that we will never go here again, and it will be a wonderful story to tell others when I have the opportunity. Dear Jake and Blaine, hope you have no challenges today.
